(1) Can the Minister provide the guidelines for the manufacture and installation of Vehicle Frontal Protection Systems (bullbars) in the State, currently under review by the Department of Transport, reflecting the need for country vehicles to have a traditional-style bullbar fitted that is capable of sustaining a vehicle strike and preventing significant damage to occupants and the vehicle? (2) How many accidents or reportable incidents have occurred in the metropolitan area of Perth involving vehicles fitted with bullbars of any design: (a) Of those accidents or reportable incidents in the metropolitan area, how many of the vehicles fitted with bullbars were registered outside of the metropolitan area? (3) How many vehicles were involved in collisions with fauna on Western Australian roads in 2018, including but not limited to cattle, kangaroos and emus; on roads including but not limited to the Great North Highway, North West Coastal Highway, the Gibb River Road and Great Eastern Highway: (a) How many of those collisions involved injury or death to occupants of the vehicle, and what does the Minister consider an acceptable number of injuries and deaths on WA country roads?
