for Education:
I refer to South Hedland Primary
School.
(1) Is the
minister aware of complaints of bullying of staff and parents at this school;
and, if no, will he investigate the issue?
(2) Have any
complaints been made or referred to the Pilbara education office in the past 12
months; and, if yes, how many?
(3) How many
complaints have been made or referred to the Standards and Integrity
Directorate in the past 12 months?
(4) How many staff vacancies
currently exist at this school and what positions are vacant?

(2)–(3) Yes; there have been
three.
(4) Principals
determine what proportion of the one-line budget will be spent on salaries and
which positions they want to fill. Positions to be filled are then registered
on the recruitment advertising management system. Two positions are currently
registered on RAMS: one for an early childhood teacher and the other for a special
needs education assistant.
