(1) I
refer to the Systems Agreement between the Minister for Education and Training and
the Catholic Education Commission of Western Australia (CECWA), and I ask: (a) when
was the most recent Systems Agreement agreed to, when did it enter into force,
and for how long is it intended to operate; and (b) is
it still the case that all Catholic schools in Western Australia, with the
exception of two schools, operate under this Systems Agreement? (2) It
is understood that under previous Systems Agreements there was no distinction
between the 17 schools known as "order and other accountable schools" and other
Catholic schools, and I ask: (a) does the current Systems Arrangement maintain this
arrangement; and (b) if
the current Systems Arrangement now makes such a distinction, how does it do
so?
