(1) The costs incurred by Western Power to engage consultants Verifact are of a commercially-sensitive and confidential nature
(2) Western Power engaged Verifact to make an assessment of damage following the Toodyay fires. During this assessment Energy
Safety
released its report which cleared Western Power of responsibility for the fire and as a result an assessment of the damage was no longer required by Western Power.
