I refer to the marketing and sale of Lot 302 Iris Avenue,
Dalkeith.
(1) What is
the name of the selling agent with whom TM Residential has entered into a
conjunctional sale arrangement?
(2) How many
real estate agents provided a marketing submission, advertising budget and
market appraisal submission following receipt of an invitation to provide such
a submission?
(3) What are the names of all real estate agents who provided
a submission?
(4) Did any agent who provided a submission advise of any
conflict of interest; and, if so, which agent?
(5) How many offers have been made on the lot?

(3) The agents
are Abel McGrath Property Group, Acton Dalkeith, Anderson Davies Real Estate,
House Real Estate, Jamie Loh Real Estate, Mack Hall Real Estate, Morgan Sudlow
and Associates, Olifents Real Estate, Paxton Hoad, William Porteous Properties
International, Shellabears, TM Residential and Space Real Estate.
(4) No agent advised of any conflict of interest.
(5) Due to
matters currently under consideration, releasing this information at this time
may prejudice the state's commercial position.
