I thank the member for some notice of this question. The Minister for the Environment has supplied the following answer - (1) The proponent, Griffin Power Pty Ltd, has prepared a greenhouse gas abatement program, which was submitted to the Department of Environment and Conservation on 22 February 2007. That program is being reviewed by the department. (2) Once the greenhouse gas abatement program has been accepted as meeting the requirements of condition 6 of statements 685 and 724, it will be required to be publicly available. At that stage I will be happy to table it.
