I refer the Treasurer to the 2001-2002 Government Financial Results Report released on September 25 2002, and to the $418 million of capital works expenditure deferred or delayed by the Government in fiscal 2001, and I ask -
(1) For each of the following items outlined in the above Report, will the Treasurer detail -
(a) what works have been deferred or delayed;
(b) the cost of each of the individual works;
(c) the dates by which each of the individual works are now expected to be completed compared to the original expected completion dates;
(d) whether the deferral or delay in the completion of the capital works will result in additional costs for those works; and
(e) if so, by how much -
(i) Main Roads - $117.6 million;
(ii) Water Corporation - $70.9 million;
(iii) Industry and Technology;
(iv) Western Australian Government Railways Commission - $36.1 million;
(v) Fremantle Port Authority $26.2 million;
(vi) Western Australian Planning Commission - $26.4 million;
(vii) Burrup Peninsula - $22.0 million;
(viii) Western Australian Land Authority - $12 million; and
