(2) This is based on the level of service to be provided and the costs associated with those services. This was also part of the contract negotiation process. (3) St John Ambulance. (4) The need for the allocation of Paramedics into the Busselton Area was based on the following: Ø Number of Ambulance Cases in the area. Ø Rapidly expanding population of Busselton and its environs. Ø Need for support to St John Ambulance Volunteers. (5) There was extensive consultation between St John Ambulance and the Busselton St John Ambulance Volunteers on a regular basis. This culminated in the preparation and signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between St John Ambulance and the Busselton Sub-Centre. This close consultation is still on going.
