I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) No. (2) I have written to the Minister for the Environment requesting that replacement land be made available so that the State is not in breach of its obligations under the terms of the Wood Processing (WESFI) Agreement Act 2002. However, as yet there is no agreement on this matter. (3) (a)-(b) See (1). (c) The pines will be removed in a timely fashion to facilitate mining. This is likely to be phased in commencing later this year.
