The Housing Authority advises it inspects every property at least once per year, however, where tenancy issues are present further inspections will be carried out as required.
(a)-(g) Prior to the upgrade of the Housing Authority computer system in October 2014 historical data on tenancy inspections was not centrally retained.
(h) An average of 1.23 times.
