The Minister for Police and Emergency Services has supplied the following answer - The Fire and Emergency Services Authority’s commitment to the concept of co-location of services has been publicly stated for some time, and more recently was reported in FESA’s strategic plan for 2002-04, and again in the 2005-07 plan.
