The Western Australian Police Force advise that there was a crash where someone was fatally or critically injured at or near each of the following locations: the intersection of Tims Thicket and Old Coast Road in 2015; the intersection of Duke Street and Old CoastRoad in 2017; the intersection of Yeedong and Old Coast Road in 2016; the intersection of Mandurah and Pinjarra Road 2016; and the intersection of Baroy Street and Old Coast Road 2014.
