MANAGEMENT ORDER
1298. Hon DIANE EVERS to the minister representing the
Minister for Lands:
(1) What are the
terms of the management order that vests Mullocullup Nature Reserve 16367 in
the City of Albany?
(2) What are the intended and
permitted uses under the order?
(3) Will the minister please table
a copy of the management order; and, if not, why not?

I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. The following information has been provided by the
Minister for Lands.
(1)–(2) The
care, control and management of reserve 16367 is placed with the City of Albany
for the purpose for which the land is reserved—water, camping, and
conservation of flora and fauna—under section 41 of the Land
Administration Act 1997, and for purposes ancillary or beneficial to that
purpose.
(3) I hereby table the management
order for reserve 16367.
