UNITED UTILITIES AUSTRALIA - NEGOTIATIONS WITH STATE GOVERNMENT
Could the minister please advise the house whether, in accordance with the recommendation of the interdepartmental report, an independent negotiator has been appointed to mediate between United Utilities Australia, the proponent of the Esperance-goldfields desalination plant and pipeline, and the state government about the supply of water to the goldfields by this organisation; and, if not, why not?
