431. Hon KEN TRAVERS to the minister representing the
Minister for Transport:
I refer to works being undertaken on Cunderdin–Quairading
Road as part of Main Roads' grain freight network stage 1 budget
allocation.
(1) How much has been allocated for
these works and what works will be undertaken?
(2) Can the minister confirm that a
number of the corners on this road will not be widened?
(3) If yes to (2), why are some
corners not being widened?
(4) Will these corners have a seal
of less than seven metres?

been $7.135 million allocated with works including widening, overlays,
reconstruction and realignments.
(2) The minister is unaware of any corners not being widened.
