(1) I have had discussions with the Premier about the issues contained in the report.
(2) The Government through the Department of Premier and Cabinet is engaged in negotiations with BHP Billiton.
(3) No.
(4) The Government has already allocated up to $5 million to assist the Shire and local small businesses in Hopetoun-Ravensthorpe. Further discussions are continuing.
