(1) Did the original advice form the basis for redeployment for officers from the Ombudsman’s office to the CCC?
(2) By position and classification, which officers were redeployed to the CCC at the classification levels and rates of pay consistent with or higher than the level and classification they had when working for the Ombudsman immediately prior to redeployment?
(3) By position and classification, which officers were redeployed to the CCC at classification levels and rates of pay less than they had when working for the Ombudsman immediately prior to redeployment?
(4) Is it intended to take any action in regard to redeployments which may have been effected at classification levels and rates of pay which the reviewed advice would now suggest to be inappropriate?
