I refer to the Minister's office and each of the departments, agencies, and Government Trading Enterprises within the Minister's portfolios, and ask: (a) Has the Minister been present at any meetings, consultations or functions with any organisers, executives or any employee of the CFMEU in Western Australia: (i) if yes, please provide an itemised breakdown of all meeting agendas, meeting notes, number and position title of attendees, dates, times and locations of each individual meeting, consultation or function; (b) Has any member of the ministers staff been present at any meetings or consultations or functions with any organisers, executives or any employee of the CFMEU in Western Australia: (i) if yes, please provide an itemised breakdown of all meeting agendas, meeting notes, number and position title of attendees, dates, times and locations of each individual meeting, consultation or function; and (c) Has any staff member employed in any departmental capacity, including any agency that falls under the ministers responsibility, been present at any meetings or consultations or functions with any organisers, executives or any employee of the CFMEU in Western Australia: (i) if yes, please provide an itemised breakdown of all meeting agendas, meeting notes, number and position title of attendees, dates, times and locations of each individual meeting, consultation or function?
