I refer to the commitment of the
Premier and the Minister for Police at the 2023 Western Australian Police Union
conference to introduce presumptive post-traumatic stress disorder legislation.
(1) Does the Western
Australian Labor government remain committed to introducing presumptive PTSD
legislation?
(2) If yes, when will the
legislation be introduced?
