I refer to the head contractor model of Homeswest housing maintenance and, notwithstanding the fact that auditing and compliance is ongoing, I ask (to date), of the job orders paid by the Department of Housing to the head contractors (Transfield, Lake Maintenance and Programmed Facility Maintenance), are any of these job orders or payments now in dispute by the Department of Housing and, if so:
(a) how many;
(b) what is the current total dollar value of disputed payments or job orders; and
(c) how much of the disputed payments or job orders has (as of 30 April 2012) been recovered?
