of the question. The following answer has been provided by the Minister for
Regional Development.
(1)–(3) No.
The project proponent is currently assessing three bids received for
construction of the facility. It is anticipated that a preferred builder will
be identified in July, with construction commencing immediately upon execution
of the contract.
