(1) How many reported incidents involving a school crossing traffic warden or occurring at a designated school crossing have been recorded in Western Australia in each of the following years: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and year-to-date 2025? (2) Please provide a breakdown for question 1) by: (a) Physical assaults on wardens; (b) Verbal abuse or threats directed at wardens; (c) Hit-and-run incidents involving wardens; and (d) Traffic collisions at school crossings involving: (i) Traffic wardens; (ii) Children; and (iii) Other pedestrians? (3) How many individuals have been charged in relation to each of the above categories over the same periods?

(1-3) The Western Australia Police Force is unable to provide a response to the Member’s question. WA Police advised that providing an accurate answer to this question would require an unrealistic amount of resources and time.
