The PRESIDENT : The parliamentary secretary representing
the Minister for Transport, but keeping in mind that he is the parliamentary
secretary ''representing'' the Minister for Transport.

question.
I am more than happy to answer the question in my name. I
became aware on 16 October 2014 when the report was tabled in Parliament; that
was followed by a full briefing by the Public Transport Authority on 31 October
2014.
