(2) In relation to all consultants engaged in relation to the project, the new Department of Parks and Wildlife office on Koombana Drive, Bunbury, including but not limited to those identified in (1), will the Minister table the completed surveys and reports? (3) If no to (2), why not? (4) I understand the department has compiled all the survey work outcomes and related information onto one file being the survey plan with overlays of information and that this has been provided to the Western Australia Museum and the City of Bunbury, and I ask if the Minister will please table the file/survey plan with layers? (5) If no to (4), why not?

The Minister for Environment has provided the following response.
On 14 July 2016 the Department of Parks and Wildlife offered the Member a briefing on the project to enable her to ask any questions in relation to the project. The Member has yet to accept that offer.
(1)
(a) $33,041 to 30 June 2016.
(b) Ultramag Geophysics was paid $31,768.31.
(c) Nil.
(d) $74,424.54.
(e) WML Consultants.
(f) $380 - note that the Department of Finance, Building Management and Works section would have met other costs.
(g)-(h) Waves Environmental Pty Ltd - $156,890.40, Calytrix Consulting Pty Ltd - $26,145.87 and Jacobs Group Australia Pty Ltd. - $9,253.25, each to 30 June 2016.
(i)-(j) There is no planning consultant.
(k) Ferguson Architects.
(l) $85,307 - note that the Department of Finance Building Management and Works section would have met other costs.
(m)-(n) Plan E landscape architects - $19,890.
Ralph Beattie Bosworth cost consultants - $354.
BG and E Pty Ltd engineers - $1,470.

The above are costs up to 30 June 2016 met by Parks and Wildlife relating to site investigations and initial design work. The Department of Finance, Building Management and Works section, would have met other costs and may have appointed other consultants. Note that some consultants may also be appointed as sub-consultants to the above consultants.
(2)-(3) Design work is ongoing. Most consultants’ reports and advice are iterative and adaptive to design changes. Reports prepared by Ultramag Geophysics and WML Consultants are tabled. [See Tabled Paper Nos. # and #].
(4)-(5) There are multiple survey layers covering a range of site information which are not easily produced in a format for tabling. A briefing has been offered to the Member by the Department of Parks and Wildlife and available digital survey information can be viewed at such time.
