I am not the federal minister for immigration. I do not have the power to issue those visas; she does. The federal minister can issue those visas at any time she wants to issue them. She does not have to get the approval of the Western Australian government. However, if we were asked about the issue of skilled migrants coming to Western Australia, we would say that the more, the merrier, but they should be paid at Australian rates.
