(1) Has a section 18 notice been
submitted in respect of any use of this site by any parties?
(2) If yes to (1), by whom, for what
purpose and on what date?
(3) If yes to
(1), has the Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee made a recommendation to
the minister and has the minister approved or not approved that recommendation?
(4) Is the minister aware that the
area is proposed to be used for recreational purposes?
(5) Will any use of this site
require a section 18 referral to the ACMC?

investigate why the matter has not been referred to the ACMC?
