The member is right to some degree: the board is about to be changed, but a board is in place and it will meet again, I believe, on 30 June under its current chairman. Under the previous Government, the Minister for Employment and Training, the then member for Riverton, overhauled the training fund to construct it in a way that he believed was more independent. The board has that independence at the moment, and that independence will continue under this Government. The board can make a decision based on the application before it. I will follow that up.
