Minister for Transport:
I refer to PFAS-contaminated spoil
extracted from the Forrestfield–Airport Link project.
(1) Has any of
the spoil excavated from the FAL project been taken to Menzies Quarries in
Mogumber?
(2) If yes to (1), how much and
when?
(3) If yes to (1), who was
responsible for the transfer?
(4) If yes to (1), was any payment
made by any party for the spoil?
(5) If yes to (4), who made the
payment and how much was it?
