I refer to the December 2014 National Disability Insurance Scheme My Way Trial quarterly report , that states at page 6, "the Commission is working closely with service providers to overcome the challenges associated with the implementation of a new pricing framework and report structures", and I ask: (a) what challenges have been identified with implementation of the new pricing framework; (b) in relation to each challenge identified in (a), what action is being taken by the commission to overcome the problem; (c) what challenges have been identified with implementation of the new report structures; and (d) in relation to each challenge identified in (c), what action is being taken by the commission to overcome the problem?

(a) The implementation of any new funding framework is subject to an adjustment period, and a learning process. It has been necessary to develop a common understanding across all stakeholders on how the prices in the Pricing Framework are implemented.
(b) In line with the Delivering Community Services in Partnership Policy, the Commission has worked closely with all stakeholders to address areas of challenge. This has involved meetings with key stakeholders and information forums
(c) The new reporting structure has only been in place for two quarters. Challenges are still being identified.
(d) Not applicable.
