refer to the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS) amendment 0020/57, Water Corporation letter dated 22 August 2011,EPA’s
email dated 22 September 2011 suggesting Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) to contact the Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC) Air Quality Branch
directly and DEC South West Region letter dated 13 November 2012 recommending
that WAPC liaise directly with DEC Air Quality Branch, and I ask: (a) Did the WAPC contacted DEC Air
Quality Branch directly; (b) if yes to (a), could the Minister please provide copies of any correspondence; (c) if no to (b), why not; (d) Did any of the WAPC/Department
of Planning and Infrastructure reports (August 2012 and March 2013) relating to
minor amendment 0020/57 explain that the odour buffer was not supported by the
odour modelling study provided by the Water Corporation; (e) If yes to (d), could you please provide a copy of the document; and (f) if no to (e), why not?
