All METRONET projects are delivered consistent with longstanding confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses that have been used by the Public Transport Authority over time and across many projects.
These clauses are required in order to achieve the best project result, not undermine any commercial and/or procurement outcomes, and be consistent with probity expectations.
