I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. Before I start, as a mollydooker, can I wish all those fortunate
members of the house who are southpaws a happy Left Handers' Day. Also,
yes—go Eagles.
(1) There are 113 schools participating in the trial.
(2) I have the information in tabular form and I table this
component of the question.
[See paper
3166.]
(3) The cost
of the project to date is $5.97 million. The main component of this cost
relates to providing devices for schools. The anticipated total cost of the
project is $6.25 million from commencement in March 2015 through to June 2016.
(4) The
project is scheduled to be completed by June 2016. A review report
incorporating data collected during the trial will be finalised at the
conclusion of the trial. This report will be made public.
