(2) If yes to (1), when will the four new foreshore lease sites be provided to the Shire of Busselton?
(3) Will the provision of any of the four new foreshore lease sites require the purchase and redevelopment of the Nautical Lady site?
(4) If yes to (3), will the minority Liberal Government pay the purchase costs and demolition costs for the Nautical Lady?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Will the Government meet the costs of delivering services to the four new foreshore lease sites?

(1)-(5) The composition and terms of reference for a Steering Committee to undertake community consultation and the development of concepts for the area are currently being finalised.
The State will review with the Shire what is required in terms of public consultation and will then assess development options and state government financial contribution to that process.
(6) Yes to the extent of normal power, water and sewerage connections.
(7) Not applicable.
