(2) The Office of the Appeals Convenor is currently actively dealing with 54 appeals against 16 proposals in relation to environmental impact assessments; 17 appeals against eight proposals in relation to licensing and works approvals; 14 appeals against 13 proposals in relation to the clearing of native vegetation; one appeal against one proposal in relation to compliance notices; and nil appeals in relation to vehicle emissions notices.
