(1-2c) The Department of the Premier and Cabinet maintains a confidential process of managing disclosures of perceived, real or actual conflict of interest for all staff including ministerial officers.
These are disclosed to the Director General and processed by the Public Interest Disclosure Officer. It is not considered appropriate or in the public interest to disclose this information sought. The member may wish to seek this information through a Freedom of Information request to the Department which will then involve a full consultation process with the officer's concerned.
