I refer to the Government Gazette of 21 February 2014 and notification of the leasing of land for the construction and use of a temporary access road for the construction of the Crown Towers Perth hotel for the amount of $2,000 a year, and ask: (a) what is the size or area of the land to be leased; (b) did an agency recommended the $2,000 a year rent figure; (c) if yes to (b), which agency; (d) if no to (b), who recommended the $2,000 a year figure; and (e) how was the amount of $2,000 a year calculated?

(b) - (c) The terms and conditions of the lease were finalised by the Minister for Racing and Gaming and the Minister for Lands on the advice of the Department of Lands and the Burswood Park Board.
(d) Not applicable
