I refer to the campaigning on 9 June 2019 by the Federal Leader of the Opposition, Senator Lines and the Federal Members for Perth, Brand, Burt, Cowan and Fremantle, and ask: (a) Did any of the Member's above, or their offices or representatives seek permission to access Public Transport Authority (PTA) property and if so: (i) On what date did they seek permission; (ii) What were the preferred locations sought to access; (iii) What were preferred date/time/durations for the access; (iv) What were the total number of people involved at each location; (v) Who granted permission; (vi) Was the Minister for Transport or Premier's office informed of the request and if so, on what date; and (vii) Was proof of public liability insurance provided and if so, through what organisation; (b) If yes to (a) why was permission to campaign granted given there is presently no election underway as per the "Access to PTA Property - Political" policy; (c) Given photos identifying private citizens were taken on scheduled train services and in the Perth Underground Station which were subsequently published, does the PTA consider this a breach of the Privacy Act or against PTA policy: (i) If so, what action will be taken to remedy this situation; (d) If yes to (a) why was permission granted on scheduled train services, which appears in contravention to the "Access to PTA Property - Political" policy; and (e) If no to (a) what action will be taken to remedy the breach?
