I refer to a media statement titled "Affordable apartments shine a positive light on the way to Success" published on September 26, 2019 and I ask : (a) how many social dwellings have been completed: (i) of these, how many have been tenanted; (b) how many affordable full market value homes have been completed: (i) of these, how many have been sold; (c) what are the lowest, median, average and highest sale prices achieved for these properties; (d) of those not sold, are they tenanted as social or affordable housing; (e) how many dwellings have not yet commenced; (f) what is the total cost of the project to date; and (g) what is the anticipated total final cost of the project?
