Surgical Services - general, ENT, gynaecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, urology, cardiothoracic, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, plastics, burns (State Burns Service), trauma (metropolitan), maxillofacial, dental.
Emergency Services - adult and paediatric, toxicology, hyperbaric medicine.
Maternity Services - obstetrics, neonatology.
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services - emergency services (hospital based).

(2) All clinical services at Fiona Stanley Hospital will undergo assessment for accreditation against the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHSS). This is in line with the Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation Scheme which makes it mandatory for all Australian health services to be accredited against these standards.
(3) In line with the Australian Health Service Safety and Quality Accreditation Scheme, Fiona Stanley Hospital will undergo an Interim Accreditation process against the NSQHSS by mid 2015. This will be followed by a full accreditation process 12 months later.
