I refer to the WA Bicycle Network grants program: Awarded Projects 2018/2019, and ask: (a) Were any submissions received for prospective grant funding in the State electoral districts of: (i) Joondalup; (ii) Kingsley; (iii) Jandakot; (iv) Burns Beach; (v) Kalamunda; (vi) Bicton; (vii) Mount Lawley; and (viii) If yes to any of the above, what were the details of the submissions (location, estimate funding requirements) which were not funded, was the Minister provided with a shortlist containing these submissions for her decision and if so, why were these projects not funded?
