The Office for Multicultural Interests provided a grant to the Consular Corps to conduct the World of Food Festival held on 17 November 2013, not 27 November 2013.
(a) The Consular Corps sent invitations to the event to all 56 (at the time) Consul-Generals/Consuls based in Perth.
(b)-(c) Community groups from all 56 countries were invited to participate through the Consular Corps. The names of the organisations who were invited and attended would need to be requested from the Consular Corps.
(d) 15,000 people attended the World of Food Festival. The program included 34 multicultural food stalls and 9 multicultural performances. These performances were reduced in number from those originally planned, as Government House combined the Festival with an Open Day celebrating the 150th Anniversary of Government House. This resulted in the Program being amended to include a number of other items such as a tri service WA Cadets parade.
