In the budget allocation of $5.97 million for the program to provide laptop computers for teachers - (1) What is the start-up date for the issuing of computers? (2) How many teachers will receive laptops in the first complete academic year? (3) How will they be distributed across the two major sectors; that is, primary and secondary education?
