(7) With every mobile phone purchase, the user is provided with a copy of the mobile phone usage policy, which states that the user has a duty of care to prevent mobile telephones being stolen and/or used without permission.
Staff are reminded not to leave mobile phones in the car (especially in the car kit cradle). They are also informed that they must report any stolen mobile phones immediately to the helpdesk, so that the phone number can be blocked.

(1) One mobile phone was stolen and two lost.
(2) $300.
(3) Yes.
(4) Soon after they were stolen.
(5) None were recovered.
(6) Not applicable.
(7) Staff are requested to take good care of mobile telephones at all times and the
reporting process for lost or stolen phones ensures action is taken when losses occur.
