(a) The number of new agreements entered into by DRD did not decrease in 2013-14. At the time of writing the 2013-14 annual report, the  number of agreements signed was less than the previous year. On  auditing the number of agreements at the end of financial year it was found the number of agreements signed in the last month of the  financial year - June, was greater than previous years - a total of 30 agreements were signed in the month of June.
