(1) In relation to additional Infrastructure Australia funding, will the Premier release the full plans and costings for the development of Central Park and associated works in the Northbridge Link project, and;
(a) if not, why not?
(2) Given the East Perth Redevelopment Authority have completed a master plan for the Northbridge Link project, can the Premier indicate whether the plan for a new, extensive Central Park with associated lakes and canals, has been costed by East Perth Redevelopment Authority and incorporated into their master plan, and;
(a) if not, why not?
(3) Why won’t the Premier meet the needs of inner-city West Australians by prioritizing the Northbridge Link project?
(4) Has the Premier consulted stakeholders, including the City of Perth and the local MLA, on the revised master plan and its costing of Northbridge Link; and
(a) if not, why not?

(1) The bid to Infrastructure Australia is related to the sinking of the rail line. It does not incorporate funding for public open space.
(a) Refer Above.
(2) There is no plan for an extensive Central Park with associated lakes and canals. The scheme, as signed by the Minister, is based on the June 2008 Masterplan.
(a) However, in the announcement of 13 April 2009, the government has committed to reviewing the eastern end of the Master Plan, looking to review Celebration Place in order to improve its amenity and connection to the Cultural Centre, which the previous government had allowed to languish.
(3) Unlike the previous Government which had the habit of delaying key projects, the Liberal - National Government has gazetted the scheme amendment.
(4) The existing Masterplan has been subjected to extensive public consultation.
