I refer to statutory reviews of legislation within the Child Protection portfolio, and I ask: (a) which reviews were completed during the last two terms of government; (b) which reviews were not commenced or remain outstanding; (c) in reference to (b), will the new Minister commit to completing them; (d) which reviews are required to be conducted during this term of government; and (e) which reviews are currently underway and on what date did they commence?

· 2017 Statutory Review of the Children and Community Services Act 2004
· 2018 Statutory Review of the Adoption Act 1994 .
(b) Nil.

(d) The reviews to be conducted in this term of Government are:
· Working with Children (Screening) Act 2004
· Children and Community Services Act 2004 .
