(b) the construction of a 4

lane from Wallwork to Port Hedland turn off; and
(c) the completion of overall works on the Broome turnoff, including improved left turn off lane towards South Hedland to make two lanes to make two lanes to turn off into Wallwork Road and the Shell road house – without any reduction of the allocated state funds?
