the cliffe — removal from register of state heritage places
Further to question without notice 636 of 17 June 2009 on The Cliffe and the report prepared by heritage expert Mr Martin Colgan in March 2007 at the request of the State Solicitor’s Office, I ask — (1) Did the Premier obtain the report from the State Solicitor’s Office directly? (2) Who authorised the sharing of the report? (3) Why was this report not tabled in Parliament at the time? (4) Is the Premier concerned with the practice of the State Solicitor’s Office of sharing reports it commissions on matters in the Supreme Court with members of the backbench? Hon NORMAN MOORE
