I refer to the Department of Justice’s on-site monitoring of the operations of private contractors at Acacia Prison. (1) Has the staffing level for on-site monitoring at Acacia Prison been maintained at the same level as when it opened in April 2001? (2) If no to (1), what is the current staffing level for monitoring at Acacia Prison? (3) Does the minister plan to continue this level of monitoring in the future?
