ACTING INFORMATION COMMISSIONER - TENURE
I refer the Premier to the termination of tenure of Ms Wookey as Acting Information Commissioner. (1) Did the Attorney General consult the Premier over this matter prior to the Attorney General sending his chief of staff to inform Ms Wookey of the decision on 24 September 2007? (2) Did the Premier agree with this decision and, if so, why? Hon KIM CHANCE
